It was a nice car but didn’t drive well had something going on with the rims are something was making a noise was kinda embarrassing

This comes as a shock to us. Kshon called us over 10 times through out the duration of his rental and every call ended with how much he loved this vehicle and appreciated our service in addressing his questions. There are no issues with the drivability of this vehicle and the rattling he has mentioned was due to a loose rim cover on the vehicle that was snapped back in place after his rental.
Check all of the other reviews to see that this is an anomaly and retaliation for post trip charges.

Great car and really friendly and FAST customer service it made a big difference while traveling in Houston on Business. I was having a problem finding which block to drop it back off at first (my fault wasn't use to tesla gps) but they were super nice and helped me figure it out.
