Guidelines
+DELIVERY: We can deliver to George Bush International Airport (IAH) for an additional delivery fee and there is a one time airport parking fee to be paid after leaving the parking area (we can reimburse you for this fee). This service includes a free shuttle from all terminals when picking up the car and also when dropping it off. We also offer deliveries to certain areas of Houston (see Location & Delivery section for more details). +FUEL LEVEL: Return the car with the gas tank fully refilled, just as it was received. If the tank is not returned full upon return, there will be a $10 convenience fee + the cost of gas. +TOLL USAGE: All cars have an EZ-TAG for you to cross tolls at your convenience. After the trip, we will request a reimbursement for the toll roads you utilized. + MILEAGE: Every trip has LIMITED mileage (check your specific reservation for more details). If the mileage is exceeded, we will charge a a small fee for every excess mile within 24-48 hours. + DO NOT: There is NO smoking and NO pets allowed. All of our cars are free of smoking and pets. + QUESTIONS? Please send us a message, day or night. The car was not in good shape , the steering wheel was worn out , when driving the ride was so uncomfortable . The speaker was previously busted, the brakes were squealing , and when driving if I were to brake the car would start rattling, the car started shaking once we accelerated . I didn’t feel safe at all. The mirror was dirty , windows were chipped , heard the mufflers , all around I did not feel safe . How can we fix this ?

We continuously do our best to keep up with the maintenance on the vehicles. Sorry you felt uncomfortable in the vehicle all you needed to do was inform us of any issues or inconvenience and we would look into it. Turo informed us and we have checked the vehicle. Still trying to replicate some of your mentions issues. Did you just have an issue with the age of the vehicle?
