Guidelines
I do all of my key exchanges contactless, meaning I am not there at the time of vehicle pick-up. This makes my pick-up and return times very flexible and convenient, but because of this contactless process, you will be required to send photos of yourself and driver's license over the app. No smoking. No pets.

Are you flexible with extensions? Returning the car early? Adjusting pick-up/return time?
Yes! The vehicle will be ready for you at your pick-up time but if you need to pick it up after that is perfectly fine. We do ask that any significant changes be made in the app under the “Modify Trip Details” section - this is particularly important if you are going to be more than 30 minutes late at vehicle drop-off or if you want to pick up the car more than 30 minutes early. If you need to extend or shorten your trip that is also flexible, pending that the vehicle is available.
How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?
Yes, as a renter you are responsible for all toll charges. At the end of each trip, I will go through and tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement at the end of the trip.
Do I need to clean the vehicle before return?
All we ask is that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. We don't expect for you to go out and detail the car before return, but we do appreciate the car to be tidy upon return.
What Type of Gas Does the Car Take? Do I Need to Fill Up the Gas Tank Before Return?
PREMIUM, we do ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before return.
How Do I Add an Additional Driver?

Are You Flexible with the Vehicle Pick-Up or Drop-Off Location? Do You Offer Delivery?
Unfortunately, the pick-up location is not flexible, cannot be modified and we do not offer delivery.
How Does Communication Work?
Turo does require all communication to be held in the Turo app and we do ask that you please adhere to this policy. The Turo app is managed nearly 24/7 per day by myself or other team members, while my personal cell phone is not - by messaging here in the app you will get the quickest response. It is IMPORTANT that you download the Turo app and turn notifications on, otherwise you will miss important pieces of instruction for vehicle pick up.

Used to commute from work and back. Car was simple, a few Knick knacks here and there but not bad for a 11 year old car and overall no complaints really. Car was good on gas driven 80 miles a day and lasted an entire week. Would totally use again. Thanks for the opportunity.
