Over the course of my extensive experience with Toro, I have never encountered such an instance as the one I had with Jordan, the hostess. Initially, the hostess assured me that Jordan would meet me at the designated location at a specific time. However, upon his arrival, he made a false claim that he had cleaned and detailed the vehicle before bringing it to me. In reality, he appeared to be still asleep and had not undergone any cleaning process. Consequently, we had to meet after the agreed-upon time.
Upon his arrival, Jordan claimed that he had cleaned and detailed the vehicle before bringing it to me, but it was in a state of disrepair. The car was covered in pet hair, scratches, and dents throughout body and its interior.
Furthermore, Jordan attempted to file fraudulent claims, alleging that I had damaged the car and demanding that I pay him in cash rather than utilizing Toro’s services. This behavior is indicative of fraudulent activity and should be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Additionally, it is concerning that the reviews on Toro appear to be fabricated by friends or family members, as they are highly misleading. Jordan’s actions demonstrate a pattern of exploiting women for financial gain, and his trustworthiness is questionable. Not mentioning why still trying to rent out this vehicle for a higher price let alone posting old pictures stating that this is the condition that the car is in please do not trust this man. If you attempt to buy something from him, please stop quit and run immediately. For some reason to her would not allow me not to select any stores, but he does not deserve not one star very much showing fraudulent behavior..
This type of guest enjoys the ride, rear-ends someone, damages the wrap, then will go above and beyond everything, every nick and cranny, just to blame the host. 😅 This review is quite a tale—almost movie like—but not one I recognize. I encourage you to check my 15+ 5-star reviews and judge for themselves. I stick to Turo’s rules, keep communication clear, and run a clean operation—literally and figuratively. 🤷 If you can't handle your affairs without pitching a fit then kindly dont rent my🚙
