Guidelines
While the vehicle does include unlimited miles, there is no driving outside of a 250-mile radius from the pick up location allowed. For example, you can drive out as far as Austin and San Antonio (both about 150 miles away) and even Dallas (about 225 miles away) but nothing past 250 miles away.

Do I have to wash the vehicle when returning?
The vehicle has an unlimited hand-wash membership at a carwash about a mile down the road from the vehicles pick up/drop off address. Please stop by for a quick wash preferably within 24 hrs before its returned. Details will be sent after its booked.
When do you close? What are your hours?
Vehicles are available for pick-up and return 24/7, 365. Although if you book the vehicle and your trip begins between the hours of 6pm - 9am there is a chance that the vehicle will not be clean as it is sometimes returned late after the car wash has already closed. But no worries, the vehicle has an unlimited hand-wash membership at a carwash about a mile down the road from the vehicles pick up address. Feel free to take it once it opens. They know the car and usually pretty quick about it.
What about tolls?
No worries! Each vehicle is registered with EZ tag and linked to the Turo account. You may use the tolls as much as you'd like. They are not free but will be automatically billed to you a few days after the trip ends once the tolls are posted.
Do I have to re-fuel when returning?
Not necessarily. Refueling the vehicle back to the same level it was at pick up is certainly expected but not required. Sometimes guests don't have the time, forget, or simply don't want to and that's totally fine. I actually encourage guests to just enjoy the vehicle without having to worrying about things. In such cases, I will re-fuel for you after it's returned and submit the receipt for reimbursement. Please note that Turo does add $10 on top of the re-fuel cost.
Can I drive my vehicle and leave it during the duration of the trip?
Definitely! You can drive here to pick up the vehicle and leave whatever you drove here in the same gated garage. Just make sure you don't leave any personal belongings within sight such as purses, backpacks, laptops, etc. There's never been an issue but its best to be safe. Park at your own risk. I'm not responsible for your vehicle.

Car runs perfectly with no mechanical issues. A day before this trip, a previous guest drove through deep water, damaging a module underneath the car and causing minor dash lights—no effect on performance. I was transparent with the guest instead of canceling last min as I know this car is booked for special occasions. He agreed to take it, then exaggerates by calling it “a decent amount of technical issues” without context. The part was shipped overnight & fixed the same day after his return.
