🐕️NO PETS: I am an animal lover, but not everyone is. So please dont bring your pets in the car, cause the next guest might be allergic. 🚭️ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/DRUGS. Turo will charge you a $150 smoke removal fee. 🏁We have installed a Toll-tag for your convenience. If you use it, we will send you the bill after your trip, plus $5 fee. ⛽️ Please return the car with the same amount of gas. There is a $10+ gas invoice charge if its returned with less fuel than how you received it 🧽Please respect the next renter by bringing the car back clean. A cleaning fee will be charged for bringing the car back excessively dirty.

Where do I pick up the Car?
As soon as you arrive, we will have a shuttle pick you up and take you to the car(5mins away). You will then be required to submit photos of you and your ID when you have arrived at the car, to verify your identity. After confirming your identity(1 Min), we will remotely unlock the car and that's it. Have Fun
Can I pick up IMMEDIATELY? Because my other booking cancelled and I am already in the Airport
Yes you can. But please check with us first to make sure the car has been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guest.
Do I Have to Pay for Parking at the Airport?
NO. We have a parking pass in all of our vehicles. You will use that that to enter and exit the airport parking at our expense.
Do I need to wash the car upon return?
When returning, the car must be clean enough to show there's no damage. Reasonable amount of dust is fine, but please wash it if you can.
Can I pick up at 2am?
Yes. We will be using remote handoff, so you can pick up 24/7 day or night.
