Arnaldo was very punctual and the pick up was very easy and fast. At the first day we noticed that one of the headlights were burned off, he made sure to go where we were to fix it as soon as he could. The drop off was very good as well. He was very flexible and respond to us very quickly. I highly recommends renting a car with him!
