This is a free service. You have to pickup the vehicle at our location. We will do contactless key hand off. A key box will be provided with instructions attached on how to open it. Key code will be sent one hour before the trip starts.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE GUIDELINES BELOW SO YOU ARE FULLY AWARE OF THE POLICIES I take pride in providing and maintaining excellent customer service by making sure my vehicle you're renting smells pleasant and is always super clean inside and out. Your gas will always start at topped off full tank as well. My goal is to give you the best rental experience you could have ever asked for. In this regard, please take note of these important policies and guidelines: 1) Please return the vehicle smelling as pleasant and as clean inside and out as you received it. If the vehicle is left trashed and with a bad smell whether from smoking, drugs, food, etc, Turo will charge up to $250 for a cleaning fee. 2) Please use PREMIUM gas only and return the vehicle full tank topped off as you received it. Any gas not returned full tank topped off, Turo will charge for the difference via a reimbursement fee. 3) Absolutely no pets, no smoking, no drugs please...Turo will charge up to a $250 pet and/or smoking fee if in violation. 4) No Racing, reckless driving, running donuts, peeling out, or any usual abusive acceleration under any circumstances, Its illegal, it damages the engine, and its dangerous. There's a built in tracker device that monitors average speed and unusual accelerations. 6) Please be careful when parking close to a curb and be careful going over bumps, dips, and driveways as the car is very low and the front bumper will dent, scratch and scrape easily if hit. Any noticeable scrapes and scratches will incur a repair fee.

• Are the vehicles tracked?

  All of our vehicles are equipped with GPS trackers and Kill switch. If we find that they were tempered with, a fee to the maximum amount allowed will be applied and Turo will permanently ban the users account.

• What are your guidelines?

  As a reminder, we are a personal car share, not a car rental. We care about our vehicles. We ask you please respect our vehicles and return them in the same condition and filled up. NO Smoking/Vaping, NO pets. Turo’s maximum cleaning fee will be applied if there is any: smoke/vape smell, evidence of pets or other foul smell detected upon return. Parking/Traffic Tickets must be paid by the renter directly to the corresponding agency BEFORE we receive a notice in the mail. A processing fee is added to any ticket we have to process personally. Tolls will be billed to the renter after each trip. There is a $15 minimum when using the toll. Renter is financially responsible for any wear and tear during the rental period. No Off-Road driving.

• What happens if I get a ticket on my trip?

  You’re responsible for paying the cost of tickets that result from illegal driving or improper parking. You do not have to pay tickets related to the car itself. For example, tickets for tinted windows, “fix-it” tickets, or tickets for lapsed insurance. You’re also responsible for all parking tickets and related fines received up to 24 hours after the trip ends. Read more about street parking. • Do I have to have insurance?

  Turo does not obligate you to get insurance. But you are responsible 100% for any damages caused to the vehicle while its in your possession and you'll have to pay out of pocket. We do recommend it but its not obligated by Turo. If you believe your credit credit card provider offers insurance services please double check with them as they might not allow Insurance to be applied on Turo's platform.

• Do I have to pay for tolls?

  You’re responsible for paying any bridge or road tolls, including tolls incurred while using a host’s transponder device. If you fail to pay a toll within the allotted timeframe, you may be responsible for escalated charges.
