While in Honolulu drive in the comfort of my 2014 Toyota Prius Hybrid. Automatic transmission, clean, very cold AC, Power windows /doors, great sound system and great on gas, city/highway 44/40 respectively. Please read the following carefully. #1 -> Must pick up and drop off to same parking spot #1 #2→ No smoking or pets whatsoever. Only Turo.com approved drivers may drive the vehicle. NO EARLY PICKUPS or late returns. Turo only insures the car DURING the rental period. #2 #3-> No speeding or racing and watch where you park. Tickets will be charged to you via Turo even if the ticket comes to me 6 months later. No off-road driving whatsoever. Gravel roads, sand, mud, red dirt areas, etc. #3 #4 Kindly return the car with full Gas and cleaned in & out Turo offers free roadside assistance 24/7. Towing, lock out service, jump starts, tire change

Parking details
Car is in large open parking lot and license plate is AMENHI. The chain needs to be put back each time, with the lock 3537 and press the hook part down to open and make sure you lock it again. The lockbox is located on the drivers side REAR of the car and is NOT to be removed, but please lock it each time. Lockbox code is 1379. Please upload pictures of interior, exterior, odometer and fuel gauge upon pick up and return. Please vacuum and clean the car (no sand) before return. Car parlor which is a car wash on Kapiolani Bvld is open until 7 PM. Please make sure to wash and vacuum (the aloha gas station on Kalakaua Ave has 1.50) vacuum when filling up with gas. Please if anyone asks in the parking lot, you are borrowing a friends car. VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE SURE THE CAR IS TURNED OFF AND LOCKED BEFORE PUTTING THE KEY IN THE LOCKBOX. Thanks

the car got us where we needed to go but there were some major issues that caused this experience to be disappointing. Here is my feedback: The key was falling apart from the start and was really stressful to have on us. Additionally, turning on the car "the maintanence required" sign was always on which stressed us out. Turning on the car was difficult as well since it didn't always turn on properly and we would have to turn it on and off again multiple times. This had us stuck somewhere for 15 mins once. I hope these issues are resolved for future travelers.

I’m so sorry about the key I was not aware and the key has been replaced. The maintenance was due for the car and the car tells you, however this doesn’t cause any issues. Because there is a shortage of cars and the car is booked it’s hard to find a day but it’s has been serviced Mahalo
