Wear and Tear: I take many photos of the interior (ceiling, under mats, under seats, trunk, etc.) and exterior (undercarriage, wheels, tires tread, etc.) of the car before each trip for documentation and my protection in case of damage. Renter is financially responsible for any wear and tear during the rental period. Any scratches dents and dings will be recognized and you will be accountable. Renter should also document with many pictures, the condition of car for your own protection. And Please, no smoking and no pets. 3. Parking: I have a great rate at Hale Koa Parking structure which is the largest and safest parking structure in Waikiki. You will have a key fob conveniently in the car if you choose this option. You will be able to park In any stall in the structure and have 24/hour in and out privileges. If this is near your accommodation this is a great value. Only 23$/night ! If you park on your own, be very very mindful of where you park. It is very easy to get a citation or get the car towed, especially in Waikiki. Remember you will be accountable. If you do not take care of the ticket, there will be Turo fees, late fees, court fees, and collection fees on top of the ticket cost and will be charged to your card automatically by Turo. Towing is perhaps the biggest headache for both parties, let’s avoid that altogether. If staying in Waikiki you must be parked in a parking lot or structure! 4. recharge: Please return the car with over 190 miles range or more of charge (I will always provide Tesla with well more than that 200+). If you are unable to recharge the vehicle prior to the end of your trip, the following recharging fees will apply: Battery level recharging costs 15 - 40 miles = $50 41 - 100 miles = $20 101 - 160 miles = $10 161+ miles = No Charge * Under 15 miles, up to $500 for towing & recharging If you choose to use a Tesla Supercharging station, simply back in to the spot, plug in and the charging will be billed to our business account. All supercharging costs accrued during the trip will be added to a post-trip reimbursement invoice that will be sent three days after your trip ends. Invoices can be easily paid directly through Turo. Any other branded EV chargers will typically require payment by the renter up-front. Please do not lose your Tesla Key card. If lost, a replacement card will incur a replacement fee of $250. Significant cleaning, including spills, smells, and smoke, will incur a minimum $200 cleaning fee to have the car professionally detailed.
