Please treat the vehicle as if it is your own and take great care of it: ) Only the person, or persons, who appear as a ‘Driver’ on the Turo reservation can operate the vehicle. If you would like to add a second driver you can do so in the reservation in the Turo app. They must be approved in advance by Turo prior to driving the vehicle otherwise they will not have protection coverage; * No off road driving; * No smoking or vaping ($250 fine); * No drugs such as smoking marijuana (regardless if you have a medical certificate or not); * No pets allowed inside; * No eating food or drinking sugary drinks (water only please). Other than consuming water while inside of the vehicle, please absolutely no eating, snacking, or drinking sugary beverages, or coffee with cream and the like, to avoid spills and crumbs that can potentially attract insects and cockroaches in the future; * Return the vehicle with same level of charge on the EV battery or there will be a ‘Battery level refueling cost’ per the Turo Terms of Service as follows: 0% - 20% charge - $50.00 21% - 50% charge - $20.00 51% - 80% charge - $10.00 81% - 100% charge -$ 0.00 * No refunds for early returns; and * You are solely responsible for parking tickets. Please inform me when you receive them. If I get a notice in the mail by the court 30 days later, you will be responsible for ALL late fees assessed by the court per TURO policy.
