Park by the airport so easy and convenient to pick up. Blends in well so you wont have to worry to much about someone breaking in. Great on gas 4cyl. Got small scratches around the whole car so dont hurt the car feelings and treat it right and it will take you for a great ride. Great on gas amazingly spacious Aloha! Thank you for inquiring at my Suzuki Sx4 Reliable small little 4door hatch, great on gas small and easy to drive. Easy to load luggage, surfboards,etc. Cold ac, power windows ,power locks, Blend in with the locals with a island car. We strive for only a 5 star review so Let me know how i can help to make renting my car better for you. I highly recommend paying for the $30 for the clean up of the car cause it makes it so much easier on yourself. Gas too. The line is not worth waiting on your vacation. If you dont return it clean its a $40 basic cleaning fee , if its really dirty $50 + Free street parking where you'll be picking up the car and along ala wai blvd. Just check signs Monday and friday has street cleaning on the ala wai 8am to 1030am. Car ran smooth the 6 days I was in Hawaii. I drove it practically throughout the entire island without any hiccups. Ken was very responsive with any questions I had regarding the car.

Unfortunately I booked what I thought would be a good car for two days. The Suzuki from Al turned out to be far from road worthy, I should have been skeptical when the tow truck drivers info was included with pick up instructions. Within three hours of picking this clunker up my family and I were stranded on the side of the road. I had to contact a tow truck and get towed back to Honolulu, 3 hours later I was back at my hotel and wasted half a day of my vacation. I was able to immediately return the car for one day but was stilled charged $126.26 for a few hours of rental. I have been dealing with a few different people regarding the rest of my refund that was promised but keep getting one excuse after another. One week later and still nothing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!

When David noticed us that it broke down. We got a tow truck to him right away within 1hr and gave him a ride town. He wanted his money back right away in full . We agreed but turo has to refund him and it takes sometime. We work with turo on returning to him but not as fast as he wanted. I guess he needed the $120 instantly but we offered to reimburse him on venmo if.turo didnt ,but turo said they will take care of it. We try to please everyone and work towards 5star reviews and service

SIX STARS ****** First time using Turo, had a really great experience. Clean car, responsive and helpful host, and car was easy to find and return. Thanks Al and will definitely book again when I'm back in Oahu!
