Guidelines
Cleanliness: I understand that sand is unavoidable, but please keep it to a minimal. To quote a great Master, “I don’t like sand, it's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere.” Per Turo policy, there is a $50 cleanup charge for odor and $150 for smoking, if necessary.

Our trip to Hawaii was complete with this car rental! Host was accommodating, reliable, and the car itself was in perfect condition. We can’t wait to come back and rent it once more. Pick up and drop off was smooth and he had options which was great (the rental was a surprise for my husband so he helped us through it!) highly recommend!

Car was nice, but there were issues. The button to close the top of the car was missing. The attendant that dropped the car off was not sure how to use the buttons or fix the problem and stated they’d have to cancel the car hire without much consideration for our plans. This was disappointing and stressful as we had the entire day planned for a birthday with other things booked for the day. I managed to figure it out myself how to close the top of the car and managed to save the booking. The car was also dropped off almost 30 minutes late which delayed our start to the day, but the drop off time remained the same at 7pm with the attendant waiting already prior to 7pm to pick up the car. The car leather was also dirty. Other than that, we enjoyed driving the car and exploring the island. We were very careful with the car and respected the owners requirements with the car hire. We paid extra money to have the car dropped off but it arrived late and was a stressful experience with the handoff.

The quality of the Porsche was excellent. It was clean and in great condition. It ran perfectly and is well maintained. Delivery and pick up was on time and staff was very pleasant. Corrine is a wonderful host and responded quickly to my questions. I give her operation 5 STARS.
