Located in the heart of Waikiki, so can save you on having to Uber or take another mode of transportation to pick it up if you are staying in or near Waikiki. *Morning returns oftentimes cause scheduling conflicts. Please consider returning in the evening. *Contactless pickup is preferred. If you are booking last minute, both meeting in person and deliveries will be based on employee availability.

How do I exit the garage?
Pull up slowly to the gate and a camera should read the license plate and open up for you. If it doesn’t read it, there’s a white card in the armrest that you can scan as backup. If the scan card is missing, please let me know, then press the call assist button and let them know you’re one of my renters.
What about gas?
It takes premium gas and has to be returned at the same level as it’s given to you. Please leave the receipt in the car or send me a picture of the receipt to show you used premium! The Hele on Kapahulu next to Popeye’s has the cheapest gas nearby. Enter my number (8086705785) to save an extra 15¢/gallon on weekdays and 25¢ on weekends!
Can I park in the garage during my rental?
Yes! Park anywhere from the 4th to the 10th floor. Upon return please return it to the 9th floor.
What happens if I am late?
First of all, if you are running late, you need to modify your return time under the details tab. If you are half an hour late and I have not heard from you, you are considered a late return, and will be charged a fee.
What do I do with the end of my trip?
1. Make sure the time on the app reflects your actual return time. Modify it if necessary. 2. Check out under the details tab. 3. Make sure you are on the 9th floor. Return the key where you found it and let me know when I can engage the kill switch.

The best experience ever! First time renting. Super easy and the owner, Melissa, was very patient with me. Car was full of gas and very clean. She also rents out coolers, beach chairs & umbrella’s. She has 7 cars to rent from and also PARKING is FREE! Can’t find that in Waikiki easy! Thank you Melissa, you made it super easy to get to the North shore.

Worked with Melissa from Captivating Aloha, who helped get a booking pretty last minute for us. She was quick to respond, answer questions, and prep the car to get us going at our requested time. During the trip, we ended up needing to return a little late due to traffic, and again she was flexible. The car itself was great, no issues driving, good performance and is in great condition. Definitely recommend!
