Upon return, the vehicle is expected to have a full tank of gas (unless prepaid fuel is selected) and the interior clean - otherwise, the respective fees will be charged. Vehicles in Hawaii get dusty really easily and water spots often since it is on and off rain. You are not responsible to clean any dust or water spots on the exterior of the vehicle. If any stains are found inside the vehicle on carpets or seats, a cleaning fee will be applied. The vehicle does have small nicks and dings around the vehicle but nothing major!
