Should any evidence of pets or smoking be discovered upon return, we will apply charges in accordance with Turo's maximum allowance. 3) Off-Roading Prohibited: In accordance with TURO guidelines, we strictly prohibit any form of off-roading, including bouldering, rock crawling, mudding, and excessive speeding or acceleration. 4) No Car Scents: We also adhere to a strict no-smoking policy and ask that no car scents be used during your rental period. 5) Return Condition: When returning the vehicle, it must be in the same condition as when it was initially provided, with no lingering odors, stains, pet hair, or physical damage to the interior, exterior, or undercarriage. Should any indications of the mentioned activities or conditions be observed upon return, additional fees may be applied to cover any necessary cleaning or repairs. 6) Communication: Please maintain open lines of communication during the vehicle request process to ensure a smooth booking experience. 7) Primary Driver Present: The primary driver must be present during both pickup and drop-off, as Turo does not make exceptions to this rule. 8) Authorized Drivers: While Turo permits multiple drivers at no extra cost, only those individuals listed on the reservation are authorized to operate the vehicle, in strict accordance with insurance regulations. 9) Matching Names: It is essential that the name on the driver's license matches the name provided on the Turo account to prevent any complications, including young driver fees. 10) Check-In and Check-Out: For your convenience, please make use of the check-in and check-out functionalities available on the Turo app when you pick up and return the vehicle. 11) Insurance Coverage: Keep in mind that insurance coverage only applies during the reservation period, so it's crucial to make your bookings accordingly. We are flexible and have multiple options for you to choose from. 1) FREE - Catch a Taxi/Uber/Lyft to pick up at our Honolulu address which is about 10min from the airport or 15 - 20 minutes from Waikiki (depending on traffic - we are located 4 miles from the Airport and 5 miles away from Waikiki) 2) Airport Pickup. For your convenience, we offer Airport Pickup, just select Daniel K. Inouye International Airport as the delivery location. This is a great alternative to getting your car faster than having to use Taxi/Uber/Lyft. 3) Waikiki Hotel Delivery. I will meet you at your hotel to hand over the keys to the car (Select Enter a delivery address). Any hotel in Waikiki. Contact us so we can get the exact address if we don't have the hotel listed. 4) Delivery fee for up to 10 miles. We offer this delivery options for guest not staying in Waikiki.
