Matt had great communication, he was quick to reply about our flexible pick up and drop off times. The car was clean, was a blast to drive with the top down. I would rent from Matt again when we return to Honolulu.

Matt gave us a different car than advertised. After we cleaned the car, we returned it. Then he charged us $ 20 in vacuum fees. He could not give us any proof that the car was not clean. Also, vacuum does not cost $ 20,-, this is clearly dishonest.
