Return car in same condition as it was received. Any excessive vacuuming or cleaning needed will result in a charge. Please do not smoke, vape or take the car to a machine wash facility. If you have wet or sandy clothing, please put a towel over the seats so the next person can enjoy the car just as much as you. Turo has a strict insurance policy that ends when your trip ends. If you need more time, please notify us. If you do Not notifying us before your scheduled return time may result in fees listed under Turo support found here: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990780-Fees-fines Curb rash to any rim is $475 per rim. No pets. No drugs. No drinking and driving. Absolutely no smoking. Absolutely no Racing (If found racing you will be kicked off the Turo platform and banned from renting any of our vehicles) Please return the car clean No Automatic car washes. Please note all delivery request are subjected to a 24 hour advance notice. Vehicles are ready at shop location by your requested time. This is due to multiple cars on the platform and limited staff.
