Corey seems like a very shady operator. Check in was a nightmare and he was very spacey when trying to figure things out.

Aloha thanks for renting the car. Thanks for enjoying the island of hawaii. I take pre trip photos and post photos. Any scratches under 3 inches that I report are covered under turos insurance plan that you are not liable for. Any scratches over 4 inches the customer is responsible for. I must report the smallest scratch that you will not be liable for. There was a small scratch reported that is why you wrote this review. Mahalo.

Host is trying to claim damage for a smear and something that didn't happen before I took the vehicle. Feel like he's trying to take advantage, be aware renters, either check every inch with a microscope or avoid host.

Unfortunately wasn’t trying to claim any damage that wasn’t there. I uploaded the photos prior and post. That’s my job turo make the final decision just like any car rental place if there is damage you will be charged.
