PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF:
1. Please pick up and drop off the vehicle in front of the SHOP LOCATION, unless agreed otherwise (Please see Delivery Details).
2. Gas: Upon drop-off, the renter must return the vehicle with the same amount of PEMIUM gas as when the vehicle is delivered, or you will need to pay the difference. The renter will provide gas receipts to show that premium gas has been put in, otherwise the renter will be charged fees for us to empty the gas tank containing low-grade gas and a full tank of premium gas.
3. Cleaning: The vehicle will need to be in the same clean condition (washed and vaccumed) as when it is delivered, otherwise, you will be charged.
As a reminder, we are a personal car share, not a car rental so we ask you please respect our vehicle as if it were your own, return the car in the same condition and follow our guidelines below.
1. NO Smoking/Vaping, NO pets. Turo’s maximum cleaning fee will be applied if there is any: smoke/vape smell, evidence of pets or other foul smell detected upon return.
2. Professionally wash only, prior to return or a Car Wash charge will be applied to the reservation. DO NOT use an automatic car wash or attempt to wash yourself.
3. Parking/Traffic Tickets must be paid by the renter directly to the corresponding agency BEFORE we receive a notice in the mail. A processing fee is added to any ticket we have to process personally.
4. Renter is financially responsible for any wear and tear during the rental period.
