However, the guest is responsible for parking fees, with a maximum of $12 for each pick-up and return ⚠️ If there will be additional drivers during the rental period, kindly add them to the Turo app at no extra cost. 🎫 Any tolls or tickets incurred during your rental will be billed to you afterwards. ⏰ If you require an extension of your rental period, please use the app to request this change. • How does the Contactless delivery works ?

  For Airport Delivery, rest assured that the car will be conveniently parked in the airport parking lot. To make it easy for you to locate the car, I will provide you with detailed pictures and videos showcasing its precise location. These visuals will include reference points like parking signs and poles with signs to assist you further. Moreover, you will find a lockbox attached to one of the car windows. The numeric password for the lockbox, which will be provided to you, will be a secure and convenient 3-4 digit combination. Simply enter the password into the lockbox, and it will open, granting you access to the car. For deliveries to other locations, the process will be similar. You will receive additional information about the car's location to ensure a smooth pickup. • I didnt get a chance to fill up the tank before returning the car. Is there a charge for you to fill it up for me?

  I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and you may find yourself rushing to the airport. Don't worry, I want to ensure your convenience. To make things easier for you, I'll gladly take care of refueling the car and send you an invoice for the exact cost of the gas. Please note that there will be an additional charge of $10 to cover the service. This way, you can focus on your journey without any added stress.

• Will the car be disinfected?

  Certainly! Rest assured that the car will be thoroughly disinfected before every trip, following Turo's guidelines. Your health and safety are our top priority, and we want to provide you with a clean and sanitized vehicle for your peace of mind.

• If your flight is delayed

  No need to worry about losing your reservation. The car is securely parked at the airport parking, ready and waiting for you. I understand that flights, especially the midnight ones, can sometimes experience delays. When you arrive, simply go to the parking location that I previously sent you, and you will find the car there, ready for your use.
