The car is completely cleaned and wiped down after every use to make sure that your experience is the best one that you have had on Turo yet. I will pay it but I will not ever book with you again I have the same car and it don’t cost that much to fill up. But you got it’s cool
I charged $5 for refueling because the car was missing about 1/4 tank and I apologize you did not like the convenience fee Turo charges. However, I think it is unfair and false to give a 1-star for the cars cleanliness. Nevertheless, thank you for choosing to rent with us.
