Aloha !! Thank you for taking a look at one of our vehicles. We look forward to providing you with a clean, well-maintained vehicle for your island adventures. We are a full time Turo power host located, approximately 2 miles from the Hilo International Airport. Our fleet of vehicles was purchased with the intention of listing them here full time for our customers. With over 1200 rentals and a five star rating you can feel confident when booking a vehicle with us. For our customers arriving at the Hilo International Airport, we offer free delivery for both arrival and departure. Once you have gathered your baggage, you will find your vehicle to be waiting in the airport public parking lot. Keys for the vehicle will be available via coded lockbox. On the day of your arrival, the pass code will be sent via Turo message center. *** Please be advised that customers will be responsible for paying parking fees when exiting the public parking area. The vehicle will be delivered on the day of your arrival. Parking fee is $15 per 24hr period. For our customers requesting delivery to a specified address, we will be in communication on the day of arrival. The vehicle and keys will be delivered in person. We do offer the option of leaving the vehicle at the Hilo International Airport on the day of your departure if you so choose. For our customers requesting to pick up their vehicle from our staging area we are located approximately 2 miles from the Hilo International Airport. Once your reservation has been made, the address and further instructions will be provided via Turo message center. CRUISE SHIP CUSTOMERS We do offer delivery of your vehicle to the Hilo Harbor at a cost of $30 per round trip. Guidelines
Our 2021 Chevy Spark is clean inside and out . Vehicle is thoroughly cleaned between rentals . Small enough to make parking anywhere a breeze. Hatch is big enough for 1-2 airplane carry on bags. Comfortably seats 2 adults in the front and 2 children or 2 adults in the rear. AC blows cold and gets great gas mileage. Great car for getting around the island. Mahalo for not smoking in this car. Pets are welcome in pet carriers but please return cars clean.

This was a last minute decision. Booking this vehicle was easy, directions were clear and very easy to follow. Lol as long as I have my glasses on. Vehicle was clean and I had no issues and would rent from Richard again. Mahalo nui loa

I’m 80 yrs old, so navigating this process was daunting for me. I chose it on the advice of my 24 yr old granddaughter. The car was adequate though I missed automatic windows & door locks, & no savings really: Enterprise & Avis are actually less expensive. If this is the future, imho it’s not all that bright…. Richard was nice enough though I had a hard time getting started after I found the car at back of parking lot. All in all, I’d say there’s a huge generational divide w/ processes like these…

We are sorry to hear you found the app difficult. When the provided directions are READ and FOLLOWED the process is extremely simple. It was apparent during your phone call you did not read ANY of the provided instructions. For the Turo app to be used successfully it requires that the end user is slightly proficient at using current technology. I suspect that the app may be beyond your technical abilities and in the future a traditional rental car platform may suit you better . Mahalo
