The car I rented was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and ready for the road. It felt safe and reliable throughout my entire trip. The host was a pleasure to work with. He sent the inspiration text which was much needed. Enjoying life!I definitely will rent again.

I really wanted to like this car. It drove very well, great on gas and was a smooth ride. But....
At pick up, (like other reviews) it was pretty challenging to find. Directions were given in reverse for the Main St Station pick-up location, since I came by bus, not train, so his "right" parking lot was not really "right". Host was readily available to help locate the vehicle, which was nice.
Once I received the car, I took the check-in pictures but noticed a VERY strong cigarette smell inside the car. The host has a smoking fee disclaimer for the vehicle, but with it smelling like smoke, I'm not sure the disclaimer is much help. I immediately informed him of this so that I am not penalized for causing the car to smell like smoke. He responded that it was the "air freshner", which it definitely was not. As a nonsmoker, I'm very sensitive to cigarette smoke. Long story short, I had the car for one day instead of the original four days because I just couldn't do the cigarette smoke smell any longer. That was pretty upsetting since I was in town for a funeral, and the back and forth with Turo to find another car took time out of my day and did not help in the healing process.
Host was open to the car being returned early, but it appeared a bit dismissive and not all that concerned about my concerns. Anyway, if you're a smoker and can sense the smell of "smoke" then you've got a nice ride! If not, try another car. Hope that helps!
