If it wasn't full to start, please return at the same level. #2 - No SMOKING - Cigs, ecigs, weed, etc. If this policy is violated, I will charge $50 - 250 (per Turo's guidelines) #3 - Please return the vehicle clean (inside & out) or a cleaning fee will be assessed (in accordance with Turo's guidelines). #4 - GPS TRACKER WILL BE USED - Abuse of the vehicle (rapid acceleration, repeated hard braking, and excessively speeding) will not be tolerated. If you don't agree to treat my vehicle with respect and be a good driver on the road, please do NOT rent this vehicle. #5 - Please no pets of any kind.

How do you get the keys?
I offer contactless pickup. With contactless pickup I leave the keys in lockbox and email a code for easy pickup,
How do I return the car?
Returning the car is easy. All you would need to do is return the car to the same spot you picked it up from. Place and lock the keys back in the lockbox and your done.
When will I be contacted for car release instructions?
I contact renters 24 hours before the rental.
What is the first action a renter will need to do?
As a renter you will need to upload your picture of your license and a picture of you and the license together to the turo app. These pictures will be used for verification and release of the vehicle.
How are tolls handled with EZ Pass?
Tolls will be charged to my EZ Pass transponder. At the end of the trip all tolls will be totaled up and charged back as an incidental to the trip.

I recently used Turo for my trip, and it was an absolutely seamless experience from start to finish! The car was in perfect condition, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and made pick-up and drop-off easy. I appreciated the flexibility, as I was able to choose a vehicle that suited my needs and budget without the hassle of traditional rental companies. The app is user-friendly, and the whole process was smooth and convenient. I highly recommend Turo to anyone looking for a hassle-free car rental experience. Instructions for pickup and delivery were good. Almost everything was as described. The only issue was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the car, which came as a surprise since Kenneth has a strict no smoking policy. Normally it wouldn't be much of an issue but I'm sensitive to the smell and was frustrated I had to deal with it for a 5 day trip. When I messaged Kenneth about it after taking delivery of the car on the first day he never responded. In fact, all of the messaging from him seemed automated. The lack of personal communication was not up to par with what I've experienced with other Turo owners. But again, the car worked well and delivery was excellent.

I scent most of my cars with air fresheners. The air freshener I use can be strong at time. As for smoke when I sense someone has smoked in my vehicles I use an electric ionizer to eliminate any smoke scents. In this case the guest was overwhelmed by the air freshener.
