What happens with unpaid Toll charges?
All vehicles are registered with SunPass. All toll charges, violations, and any other charges you incur during your trip will be billed back to you after your trip.
Can I smoke In or around the car?
No smoking/vaping smell, ashes, or buds are allowed in the vehicle. Fees will apply for violating this rule.
Do I have to clean the car and fill up the gas tank before returning the vehicle?
Return the vehicle in the same clean condition as received and fill the gas back to the same level as when you received it or choose the option to Prepaid in the EXTRAS menu.
Does TURO covers me for any towing cost, parking/traffic/lights tickets during my rental?
No, any traffic violation or ticket will be an out-of-pocket expense and will be billed back to you after your trip.
Are pets allowed in this vehicle?
Although we love all pets, we've had guest having allergies related symptoms in the past, for that reason and convenience of everyone, pets are not allowed.
Will I have to pay for parking when the car is delivered to the airport?
Only if it’s a contactless delivery (where the car is left for you to be picked up at the parking lot).
