Trip went very smoothly, Britney was very upfront with me about any little hiccups, and she was also super helpful and accommodating when i asked to make booking adjustments short notice. Would absolutely rent from her again. I didn't have any special needs or expectations for the ride itself, just to get from point A to B, but it is a great little car.
