The host met us at passenger pickup at the airport. The car was super clean and fully fueled. I was texted a reminder of how to secure the car in the lot upon return. If I have to fly home to visit family again I would utilize this vendor again. Everything was amazing thanks again!

The pickup spot was a little sketchy seeming at first but that's about it. Directions from the hosts was clear, simple, & to the point. Hosts were also very quick to respond at all times. Car was very, very, very clean, good on gas, & all that stuff. The fact that I didn't have to clean the windows myself when I first got the vehicle was a HUGE plus for me considering that every vehicle I have rented from Turo in the past, have had some of the dirtiest windows I have ever seen & made it very unsafe to drive the vehicle unless I cleaned them first. So thank you for that. The only con to the rental was the amount of mileage that is included for just one day. I feel that 200 miles isn't very much to be honest. Maybe 300-400 would be better for anyone who is renting a vehicle. But other than that, everything was absolutely fantastic. I would definitely rent from them again. Definitely in my top 3 choices of hosts to rent from. So thank you very much!
