Brian did everything he said he was going to do so he really deserves 4 1/2 stars, there not being a major issue. This was only my second car on Turo and my expectations are still being formed.

Picking up and dropping off the vehicle was a little awkward, because Brian has people doing these steps for him. So the pick up ran just a few minutes later than I had anticipated and I’m just talking 5 to 10 minutes. No big deal. And then we knew where to drop it off, but not who to drop it off to, and I found that slightly unnerving, but it all worked out. I I think next time I’ll just skip the delivery portion of the package altogether and take a Uber to wherever the car is parked. That way I’m not waiting for the owner and the owner is not waiting for me.

The car itself is comfortable, economical and mechanically sound although at highway speeds one of the tires turned out to be out of balance, so we made Brian aware of it. Again, not a serious issue, just a mild annoyance. I’m sure Brian has fixed it for the next person.

Nice solid car. It's not flashy though it'll get you where you want to go with plenty of room and a comfortable drive.
