  • Do I have to return the vehicle at a full tank?

    Yes, you are given the vehicle topped off, so be sure to return it completely topped off. Also, provide the receipt, showing you pumped the correct fuel (DO NOT USE DIESEL FUEL.) If it is not returned topped off then the bill will be the cost to top off, plus an additional $20 refueling fee. Or you can select the option of $10

  • Do I have to return the vehicle clean?

    Yes, this is a car-share not a large rental company, so even if you only rent it for one day it must be returned in the same condition it was taken, or better. There are plenty of drive-thru car washes in the area that cost about $7 dollars. Or you can pre-pay for the $12 basic cleaning I offer. If you don't pre-pay, the cleaning rates start at $30.

  • Can I smoke in the vehicle?

    ABSOLUTELY NOT! This is a strict non-smoking vehicle. I recommend not even smoking near the vehicle or getting in the vehicle after you have smoked anywhere. Smoke penetrates and transfers really easily. With any hint at any type of smoke smell and the penalty is $250.

  • How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

    All of my vehicles are instant booking, so if you made the reservation then I will be sure to have the car ready for your trip, regardless of time or day - I stick to the reservation schedule.

  • What happens if I get a toll/ticket/citation?

    If there are any tolls/tickets/citations/etc. while you were renting the vehicle, I will receive it in the mail within 30 to 90 days (some agencies are faster than others) and pass on the fee to you. I will upload the photos of the citation to the "trip photos" with all of the necessary information to show that you were in possession of the vehicle during the time in question, plus the total amount due. And I will also add a $10 fee.

Easy booking, good communication, and nice car. I’m accustomed to using Turo so no major complaints. However, just an FYI - car had some bumps and bruises. Front bumper was dented and there’s a scratch along driver side door and passenger door. Car was also dirty (exterior)when picking up. Interior was clean and eye catching - red guts. No sunroof. Lastly, if you’re not accustomed to driving cars with a lowered suspension I wouldn’t recommend. Alfa was definitely on springs or lowered. I like the sporty look so it was ok, some may not.
