Absolutely no smoking is allowed. A 250.00 charge will be incurred if there is evidence of smoking in car. Tesla model 3 should always have a minimum charge of 20%. IF THE BATTERY EVER GOES BELOW 15%, THERE WILL BE A $30 FEE INCURRED. 0% fee IF THE VEHICLE AT ANY POINT HITS 0% YOU WILL INCUR A $500 FEE. Tesla model 3 should be returned at same battery level as received.

• How can I recharge the vehicle?

  You can recharge at any Tesla Supercharging station around town or at any compatible charging station. Please do not let vehicle idle at Tesla supercharger stations. Remove the vehicle as soon as you are done because Tesla will charge a fee for idle time and you as the renter, will be held liable. You will be invoiced for all charges at the completion of your trip. To find supercharger stations, tap on the lightning bolt on the screen and it will show you superchargers. During navigation, the car will also tell you where to charge during your trip. 0% fee IF THE VEHICLE AT ANY POINT HITS 0% YOU WILL INCUR A $500 FEE Using the Tesla GPS: The Tesla GPS is essential to ensuring you get from point A to point B with enough charge. It will route Superchargers along the way to ensure the car does not die from losing all charge. This is especially important for longer distance trips where charging stations may not be as readily available. Please return vehicle with at least the same amount of charge that you received the vehicle in order to prevent a post trip charge fee.

• Does this car have full self driving capability?

  No, it is not capable of full self driving at this time. Only a beta version is available.

• Can I eat, drink and/or smoke in the vehicle?

  Please refrain from all of the above mentioned activities to ensure a quality experience for future renters.

• Are there any instructions on how to operate the vehicle for those that have not driven a Tesla before?

• Do I still need to pay attention while using Autopilot?

  Yes. Autopilot is a hands-on driver assistance system that is intended to be used only with a fully attentive driver. It does not turn a Tesla into a self-driving car nor does it make a car autonomous. Before enabling Autopilot, you must agree to “keep your hands on the steering wheel at all times” and to always “maintain control and responsibility for your car.” Once engaged, Autopilot will also deliver an escalating series of visual and audio warnings, reminding you to place your hands on the wheel if insufficient torque is applied. If you repeatedly ignore these warnings, you will be locked out from using Autopilot during that trip.You can override any of Autopilot’s features at any time by steering, applying the brakes, or using the cruise control stalk to deactivate.

  Car will be located in Daily or hourly parking. I will let you know what level the car is parked on and space. You will be responsible for paying the exit fee. Remote key will be given.

  Car will be located in the hourly or daily garage next to the airport. I will let you know what level the car is parked on and space. You will be responsible for paying the exit fee.

• Tolls

  The Model 3 has an EZ Pass transponder that will allow you to easily drive through tolls. Turo will send a toll invoice within 90 days if any fees accrue for tolls. Each customer is responsible for paying all tolls. Transponder #01605723367

• Can I charge at a non supercharger station?

  Yes! EVCONN CCS to Tesla Adapter - 300A / 500V DC Fast Charging for Tesla Model 3, Y, X, S - Max 250KW CCS Adapter Tesla Compatible with Level 3 Charging Stations (ccs Adapter) is included in car. Attach adapter to charging station and plug into the Tesla Model 3.
