  For BWI travelers, a link will be sent to your CELL PHONE listed on file. After you get your bags from baggage claim, head to Departure Level (outer road) and activate your personal ride share link. The host will let you know the door number where your ride will pick you up. The driver will have your name and drop off location. The host will send you photos that details the exact parking space for your rental pickup.

• How much is the personal ride from airport to rental car and how far is the rental car located from airport?

  For local renters and non-BWI travelers, the pickup location is off of New Ridge road, which is down the street from the BWI Rental Car Facility and only minutes from Anne Arundel Mills Mall. This parking lot is well lit, with security cameras and available 24hrs a day.
