We provided a full tank of gas on drop and we expect to revive back with a full tank of gas as well. If car comes back un refill I will utilize Turo trip reimbursement to request payment. If you use any tolls I will make use Turo trip reimbursement to request payment once trip is over. $30 cleaning charge if the car comes back overly dirty. Pets are not allowed in this vehicle at any time of your trip. To protect and preserve the vehicle for future guests that may be allergic to pets. Once vehicle is return and pet hair or dander is found in vehicle, additional fees may occur. If you are traveling long distance please let me know so proper services can be done. If an accident occur while you are renting please call the police and fill a police report then contact me. We do everything possible to make every renter that books with me satisfied and safe on their trip. During your time booking with me and the experience you had wasn’t quite to your satisfaction please let me know so I can fix the issue for you and future renters. Please follow Turo customer guidelines and be safe while driving. Please treat this vehicle as if it was yours. Follow all state and traffic laws. Remember this is a ride sharing community please return the car in the same clean condition as you received it. Please be on time picking up the vehicle and retuning it. If you are 30 minutes late and don’t let us know prior, the reservation will be deemed as a no-show. Please communicate with us if there has been any changes in your trip. • Are pets allowed in the vehicle?

  To protect and preserve the vehicle for future guests pets are not allowed in this vehicle at any time of your trip. Once the vehicle is returned and pet hair or dander is found in vehicle, additional fees may occur.

• Can I smoke in the car?

  There is no smoking of any kind in this vehicle. If there is any indication of smoking inside the vehicle a $250 cleaning fee will be assessed.

• Are tolls included in my rental?

  Tolls are NOT included in the advertised rate. If you are charged for tolls during your trip you will be billed once the trip is complete through Turo.

• What if I have an accident while renting the vehicle?

  If an accident occurs while you are renting or the vehicle has been stolen please report it immediately to me. A claim will be submitted to ensure everyone is protected in the event of an accident.
