There are no words in any language to explain the level of customer service Eric provided. The car was so amazing and given the amount of scams in the world today, I would highly recommend renting Eric’s Land Rover versus taking a risk with other providers who show lower prices but simply can’t deliver. Excellent service, I highly recommend! We received the car in excellent condition, super clean and well equipped. They gave us 2 lawn chairs for the beach at no extra charge, there were also masks available in the glove compartment as a courtesy. Don dropped off and picked up the car at our hotel, he was very courteous and hospitable. Would definitely rent from him again!

The booking procedure went well, I had a smooth pick-up and drop-off, and the car was in the exact condition it was stated in and was extremely well kept. Keironn for sure did an excellent job in ensuring my trip was a pleasant and successful experience which I appreciate very much.

GREAT Host! Updated vehicle, super safe, spacious and luxurious. Host was Easy to communicate with! Pickup and drop off was amazing. The vehicle was clean and in tip top shape. From cosmetics to amenities. Given that the Host allowed us to book within an hour (after having another host cancel on us) and we picked up with no problem, allowed us a great experience. Honestly the greatest part of my trip! Trying to get a rental car while I was in Fl was horrible we were suppose to fly back on Monday and they cancelled our flight left us stranded we had to re rent a airbnb which was stressful but the car rental was the most easiest simple and fast melanie was amazing she came fast and was so nice explained everything about the car her car is amazing drives super smooth easy on gas love all the smart features lane assist has a huge monitor in it easy for reading connecting your devices extremely simple car was spacious seats were super clean smelled great and was comfortable lol we should have just stayed in the car for the remainder of our trip made it worth all the hassle at the airport drop off was extremely smooth hope when I come back I can rent from her again she made this part of my trip simple sometimes it’s the little things we look for to help us get by during stressful times this was mine thank you so much🙌🏾
