The car was nice however the pick up experience was not great. The car was filthy with crumbs of food all over the car including trash. The car also needed an oil change as well. Also the car was almost on empty
You arrived an hour earlier than requested, I made accommodations for you to leave with the car an hour early. The car was brought back in the condition it was in, my apologies for that. I did my walk through and no trash was in the car, crumbs yes. Can you provide pictures? As for gas, you only have to refill the tank where it was. I never request a full tank back. I explained to you as well the Oil Change was scheduled for the upcoming Monday. As it it now taken care of. Thank you for booking.
