This car is a pleasure to drive and has a nice comfortable feel, even on long trips. The integrated GPS system is a little dated, but performs excellently. The tech package allows for Bluetooth connections for music and navigation sound.

Parking details

Vehicle will be parked either in the front of the property or in the back. The house is 2 story, red brick and yellow siding. There is an alley beside the property that leads to back parking. I most likely will be on the property to greet you and answer any vehicle questions. But if I am unable, I will send you a message for doing a remote check-in. If this will be coordinated as a "remote check-in", the keys will be inside the vehicle in the center cup-holder and doors unlocked. Please be sure to photo the exterior and interior, check-in through the Turo app / upload photos, and you are ready to go.

Guidelines

🚭***No Smoking*** Any odor or remains left behind of smoking will be charged at the maximum of Turo Policy. It takes a lot of time depending on the severity of smoke smell, an interior filter change, ozone generator, interior scrubbing, smoke-bond fogger....so please, no smoking. It will be better for both of us. ⛽Premium fuel only. This engine uses a turbo and requires premium gasoline. It is sensitive to grade of fuel and requires premium only. 🗺***Pick up / Delivery*** Depending on the options selected, I remain flexible with these details. The free option is to come to the vehicle which is located on the north side of downtown Greenville. If you select a delivery option and later wish to change location, I will work with you. But it all must be comparable in terms of distance. ✈***Air Ports*** If you will fly into GSP or AVL, we will coordinate in advance with flight information. I will have the vehicle outside of the airport awaiting your arrival. Once arrived, exit the terminal past baggage claim. I will meet you at the curb for the vehicle swap. 🐕‍🦺🐈🐊***Pets*** I would ask to consider no pets in this vehicle. Yet in the situation of a service animal, this would be allowable. Just please use extreme caution, the leather seating / interior is in great condition. Please use a blanket or towels to prevent damage to the seating. And select the Additional Services / Pets option. ***Additional Service / Pets***. It is a small charge, primarily to trigger me to know a pet was in the vehicle and apply an allergy eliminating cleaning agent on the interior. Excess hair, stains, damage...will still result in greater charges and possibly an insurance claim. Realizing a pet was in the vehicle but not reported / selected in additional charges will result in a maximum charge allowable by Turo. It can create a crisis for a future customer that is allergic, and the unexpected time scrubbing the interior can affect vehicle delivery to a future customer.

  • How flexible are you with extra mileage and with the cleaning policy?

    With extra mileage, I usually round down and give a fair discount. If it's over a few miles, up to 10 miles, it will not be submitted as an extra fee. For the cleaning policy, this can affect a future customer especially if they have a booking soon after your vehicle return. Yet reasonable dirt accumulation, a little trash, it's expected and will not be charged. When it becomes intense, "Mud on exterior in several areas + some mud or dirt on interior seating or flooring + trash", then the lowest level of charges will apply....and increasing in charge with the amount of cleaning preparation that is needed to have the vehicle ready for the next customer. Additional charges, especially blind-sided charges, can cause stress and regret. I try to side on, "What will give you the best experience on your travel".
