If it clearly shows physical evidence of smoking, we’ll charge you a smoking violation fee of $250 plus an additional 3% process fee and remove you from Turo. We’ll close your account, and you’ll be unable to appeal this action.

Richard was extremely communicative and went out of his way to make the pick up and drop off process seamless (our flight got in late and he had the vehicle waiting right outside the arrival doors to make it even easier for us at the late hour). The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend booking with Richard!
