We pride ourselves on customer service and making your trip as comfortable and easy as possible! Smoking or vaping is not permitted and is a violation of Turo’s terms & conditions. Any evidence of smoking or vaping can incur a fine of up to $150. Vehicle must be returned full on fuel unless prepaid fuel is selected for $45/trip. If vehicle is returned with any less than a full tank, a convenience fee + cost of gas will be charged. Pets are allowed only if the extra pet package is selected for $40/trip as this requires additional cleaning services between trips. Renter is responsible for any toll charges incurred during trip. Toll charges will be on a separate invoice after the trip is completed. The vehicle is equipped with an IPass Transponder. A $100 fee can be charged if the transponder is removed, lost, or damaged. IPass rates are 1/2 of the posted cash rates at tolls. Vehicle is to be returned on time and clean. Treat it like it’s your own. Any unauthorized drop offs over 1hr late are subject to 1/2 day price. 2-4 hours late is subject to full day pricing. Anything over 4 hours late will be charged for the full day plus a $50 late fee.
