1) ------ NO SMOKING ------ (of anything). If the vehicles smells of any kind of smoke. You will be fully responsible for all costs associated with having the vehicle decontaminated and smoke smell removed, this is up to a $150 fee. (2) ------ Pet Rules ------ (No Pets Allowed) In order to keep the interior in pristine condition, no pets are allowed in this car. I also ask this to avoid issues with allergies. If this rule is violated there will be a $150 fine. (3) ------Cleaning and Washing ------ All my cars are delivered washed and cleaned throughout every time. Please keep vehicles clean and return it how you received it! (4) ------ RE-FUELING ------ Premium Gas ONLY. Please include receipts and return with gas level the way you started the trip. For example if you received it with a full tank of gas please return it with full tank. 5) ---------Parking/Speeding Tickets----------- You are 100% responsible for paying any parking or speeding ticket so please drive responsible and pay attention to parking signs in the city. 6) -----Tolls in VA and Out of State Travel----- You are 100% responsible for paying all tolls when traveling. If you hit a toll and I get charged then you agree to pay all toll and toll fees which are charged. If you would like to borrow and EZ PASS Transponder then please let me know and you can use the transponder for your trip. At the end of your trip only the tolls which you went through will be charged with no additional fees.

• What Type of Gas Does the Car Take? Do I Need to Fill Up the Gas Tank Before Return?

  Premium gasoline is essential for this car! Please ensure that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before returning it.
Additionally, if possible, please leave the receipts in the car.

• How Does Communication Work?

  Turo does require all communication to be helo in the Turo app and we do ask that you please adhere to this policy. The Turo app is managed nearly 24/7 per day by myself or my partner, while my personal cell phone is not - by messaging here in the app you will get the quickest response. It is IMPORTANT that you download the Turo app and turn notifications on, otherwise you will miss important pieces of instruction for vehicle pick up.

• How Do I Add an Additional Driver?

  Please contact Turo Customer Support as we do not provide Technical Support.

• How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?

  Yes, as a renter you are responsible for all toll charges. At the end of each trip, I will go through and tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement at the end of the trip.

• Where is The Pick-Up Location?

  The pick-up location is listed in the app on the trip details page with your reservation details.

• Do I need to clean the vehicle before return?

  All we ask is that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. We don't expect for you to go out and detail the car before return, but we do appreciate the car to be tidy upon return.

• Are you flexible with extensions? Returning the car early? Adjusting pick-up/return time?

  Yes! The vehicle will be ready for you at your pick-up time but if you need to pick it up after that is perfectly fine. We do ask that any significant changes be made in the app under the "Modify Trip Details" section - this is particularly important if you are going to be more than 30 minutes late at vehicle drop-off or if you want to pick up the car more than 30 minutes early. If you need to extend or shorten your trip that is also flexible, depending that the vehicle is available.

• What if I Need Extra Mileage?

  * We do offer an "Extra" where you can purchase more mileage, if you are going to go over mileage by a significant amount we do encourage you to purchase that extra.
Otherwise, we do charge per mile over the allotted mileage, this charge varies depending on the car but you can find the details on the trip details page of the app.
