Binding Agreement you agree to the following by booking: 1- You agree that you are personally responsible for the $3,000 out of pocket to cover any damages caused during your trip. You further agree to pay us directly and immediately for those damages no later than 24 hours from the trip end time. 2- You agree to provide a copy of your driver license & personal insurance as a condition to accepting the trip. 3- You agree to our terms and conditions to proceed with direct collection efforts including negative reporting to your credit file if you fail to pay your responsibilities. 4- You agree to immediately file a police report in case of any incident, never leave the scene before doing so, and to provide us with a copy including all details, driver exchange information, reports, photos, parties involved, etc. 5- You agree that Instant Booking is provided for your convenience and we will make every effort to accommodate your need around the clock. However, After Normal Business Hours are on case by case basis, you must call us immediately if booking at late hour to ensure our acceptance, otherwise you will be instructed to cancel the trip from your end. After hours locations may be limited or changed, and RESERVED ONLY FOR FLIGHT ARRIVALS. You will be required to provide Proof of your arrival at such late hour including Flight Itinerary, Hotel Reservation, etc. Failure to provide will result in moving your check in hour to normal business hours without any compensation or penalty on our part, or requiring you to cancel the trip from your end. 6- You agree to pick up and drop off the vehicle in PERSON, no one else is authorized to do so on your behalf, failure to do so is subject to cancellation and appropriate fine & penalty. 7- You agree that no one else will be permitted to drive the vehicle unless you add the driver to the trip and confirm approval. 8- You agree that vehicle will not be used in any illegal activity or non-permitted use, including but not limited to, excessive acceleration, drag racing, drifting, tire burnout, drug use or transportation, prostitution or trafficking, child abduction, terrorist activities, weapon transportation, crossing State Line without prior approval. NO SMOKING please!!! (Don’t suffer from $250 fee for any smells or remnants of smoking in the vehicle). 9- Please return the vehicle in the condition you got it in, clean! (Or use our pre-pay cleaning option).
