🚭 There is absolutely no smoking permitted in this vehicle. 🚭 Animals (dogs, cats, etc.) are not allowed in this vehicle. Service animals can be permitted upon our approval, but any and all traces (hair, saliva, odor, etc.) must be 100% cleaned and removed from the vehicle upon return. 🐕

How do I connect the Bluetooth?
Here are the step by step instructions to connect to Bluetooth. You will also be resent these instructions right when your trip begins. -> Press PHONE -> The screen will read “No Phone Paired” but give it a second and then it will say “Add Bluetooth Device” -> Press OK -> Press the OK button again when you are ready to start pairing -> Go into your setting -> Bluetooth -> SYNC -> Enter the pin displayed on the cars screen into your phone -> Phone should be paired -> Set as primary phone, Press OK, Select YES -> Download phone book -> Press OK -> Press down arrow -> Select NO -> You’ll he brought to the Phone menu, scroll all the way down and select EXIT PHONE MENU -> Press the MEDIA button -> Press MENU -> Select SYNC - Media -> Scroll down twice and press ok on SELECT SOURCE -> Scroll down once and press ok on BLUETOOTH AUDIO

This car takes regular gas.
Are you flexible with extra mileage?
Yes, but please be aware anything above your total allotted mileage (calculated 200 miles/day), will be charged to you at the back end for an additional per mile fee calculated by Turo. We have an unlimited mileage 'Extra' that you can add to your trip, if you believe that would be a better option for you.
Will I receive this car with a full tank of gas?
Yes, you will receive the vehicle with a full tank. It is expected to be returned with a full tank as well, and if not you will be charged for the refuel + a $10 convenience fee added on by Turo. We do offer a prepaid refuel 'Extra' if you believe that will be more convenient for your trip.
