This is a public Park & Ride facility conveniently located just off I-30. The parking lot is very large and open if you need to leave another vehicle behind. You’ll find your rental parked in the front of the lot - we’ll also send photos at check in!

⛽️ Vehicle will be given with a full tank of gas and must be returned with a full tank of gas. 🚭 NO SMOKING in the vehicle. This will incur a fee to clean out the smell. 🫧 Vehicle will be cleaned for you prior to pick up. Please return in the same manner free of trash. ☀️ Have fun & be SAFE!

• Are you flexible with extensions, early pick ups and late drop offs?

  Yes! If you will be late picking up, that is absolutely fine since all of our check ins are contactless. If you will be late dropping off by more than 30 minutes, please modify the details of your booking to account for that. Extensions will be approved as long as the car is available. Early pick ups are only accepted if submitted through a trip modification request so we can ensure the vehicle is ready for you.

• How can I add an additional driver?

  Additional drivers must be added through Turo and approved by Turo. This can be done in your booking. Contact Turo for support.

• How does communication work?

  Turo requires that all communication take place within the app and we kindly ask that you adhere to this policy. It's very important that you download the app so you do not miss special trip and check in instructions. This will be my main form of communication with you. We try to respond to all questions, concerns, and trip emergencies immediately, however, there are times we may be driving for a delivery and need to take a moment to respond. Please keep this in mind!

• Do I need to refuel the car before return? What kind of gas does the car use?

  Yes, we expect the car to be returned at the same fuel level you received it with unless you prepaid the return fuel as an extra on your booking. If the car is not returned at the same fuel level, a fee will be incurred. *THIS CAR USES PREMIUM GAS ONLY.

• Do I need to clean the car before return?

  We do not expect you to have the car detailed or washed upon return. Please remove all of the trash and just tidy up a bit.

• How do tolls work? Am I responsible for toll charges?

  The car includes a TollTag but you are responsible for the cost of tolls incurred during your trip. After each trip, the total toll cost is calculated based on the statement. Request for reimbursement will be submitted at that time.

• When will the car be delivered?

  The car will be delivered to the airport selected during booking around 30 minutes prior to the start of your trip. Lockbox code will be provided around 5 minutes prior to your trip start time.
