Rented me the car with the check engine light on. Worst Turo experience ever. The car broke down and actually had 3 codes on it one being something about a catalyst fuel system which I was told means the car wasn’t getting gas pumped thru.
The customer service from Turo was awful I had to be in the phone over 2 hours no tow ever showed in that time. I had to find my own ride back home which was 2 hours and 9 minutes from where the car broke down. I had to fight for my refund. I don’t think I’ll ever use Turo again.
