Please adhere to the following guidelines. By accepting this reservation you accept the following terms. - Absolutely no smoking of anything in the car. A cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged if the smell of smoke is detected. ($200-$700). - The renter is responsible for any traffic and parking tickets - Any damage that occurs on the vehicle during the rental period is the renters responsibility. The vehicle is in perfect condition and we’d really like to keep it this way. Please take thorough photos of the car before and after. Pay particular attention to curbs when parking as this car is lower than you may be used to. Not suitable for off-roading or race tracks. This car is not suitable for mechanical car washes as it may cause damage. Again, any damage caused to the vehicle while it’s in the renter's possession is the renter's sole responsibility. Please take care of this car like it was your own. :) Please return the car with the same level of fuel at which it was given to you at. You can prepurchase the fuel for $150 and return at any level or pay a $15 filling fee + the cost of the fuel. Please fill the tank with 91 octanes or Higher only. Because filling it with other grades may cause damage, we will need a copy of the receipts from every fill (calculated by the miles driven). No proof of receipts will incur a $200 penalty. (Sorry, just really, really important). Text with a photo of the receipt will also suffice as long as the grade is visible. Additional fees for damage and options - Trash take out - $50 - Stains, pet hair or odor or excessive mess $150 for detailing - Damaged key - $450 - Damaged interior - $500-$1000 Please note, the insurance deductible is $1650. Means, should any exterior damage occur, the renter is responsible for the first $1650, thereafter, the Turo insurance will cover the remaining repair balance. Your personal auto insurance may potentially cover the accident as well. This might be a good option if your deductible is less than $1650. But hopefully, we won’t have to cross this bridge!
