Great car , great customer service. Car was clean and in a easy spot to location. Host accepted my request to book even tho I booked pretty last minute.

I rented this vehicle for my birthday and I was extremely disappointed. I was unable to use the car because the car did not work. All I wanted was a reliable car for my birthday plans and because of this I was literally unable to do ANYTHING. Waste of birthday and waste of money because I paid was to rent a car that didn’t work and now I have to go through extra steps to get my money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I came to meet you as soon as I was informed about the remote key not working; to change the battery which would have been a quick fix. Pick up and drop off went well, Ruben gave me directions to the daily parking and met me at the departure terminal for drop off. I notified him of some minor issues with the car, so he could check and rectify them for the next renter. He was very courteous and excellent at communicating. I would rent again from them.
