If you are picking up from the airport, understand that the delivery fee and the parking fee are to be covered by you. The parking fee should be around $20, and it will have been parked in the blue garage prior to your arrival. You will be sent the unlock code for the car, and the specific garage location at time of booking. Our vehicle is pristine, incredibly smooth, quiet, and quick with a panoramic glass roof and tons of storage space in the trunk and frunk (front trunk because there's no engine) making it the perfect vehicle for a business trip or a vacation getaway. This car is pretty much fully loaded. Full Self-Driving mode, in addition to auto-pilot, for an unforgettable driving experience. It even has the Premium Connectivity upgrade so you can enjoy your Netflix, Spotify, YouTube, and Disney+ accounts. If you're not familiar with charging electric vehicles, we strongly recommend some research and planning for your drives... especially if you're taking longer trips. There are websites and planners that help you find charging stations. The last thing we want is for you to run out of battery. You will get about 230 miles on a nearly-full charge, but that's dependent upon several factors such as how your operate the car, the weather conditions, what apps / features are being used within the car, etc. You'll get approximately 140 city / 124 highway MPGe. If you use Tesla Supercharger stations during your trip, we will simply send you an invoice at the end of your trip. As for returning the vehicle, if you choose our worry-free Prepaid EV Recharge "Extra", you don't have to return the vehicle with a full charge - we just ask that it has at least 10 miles worth of charge remaining. In addition to Tesla charging stations, the vehicle comes with an adapter that will fit any J1772 charging station. If you're staying in town, there are plenty of charging stations to choose from and plan for. It also comes with a level 1, 2 charger, so you can charge via any standard outlet. Some things to consider about this Tesla Model 3: It sits fairly low to the ground, requiring you to be aware of areas where you might "bottom out", or scrape the bottom of the front fender, like when pulling out onto a street from a steep driveway. Also, some people not familiar with driving a Model 3 have trouble gauging the distance from the wheels to the curb. So, you'll also want to be extra careful at first when making tight turns or when parking alongside a curb. You'll want to be sure you don't get "curb rash" by brushing up alongside a curb or sidewalk. Important Notes: If you accrue any forced disengagements for not paying attention, it will be a 30$ surcharge. It is hard to have happen. You really need to not be paying attention to the road / warnings that appear. After 5 times, the Full Self Driving is removed from the car, so please do your best to pay attention, just as you would in any other car! This vehicle will be disinfected prior to your pick-up to ensure your car will be clean and safe.
