Car had a few cosmetic places inside and out...low pressure tire light kept coming on..other than that .car drove great and had a good time..will definitely be back next month...thanks again!! The host is awesome..

Pick up so crowded Bailey got car out. Drop off, much better. Air conditioner not adequate!

Some cleaning, cosmetic issues inside the car, but the biggest issue was the AC did not work and their response was poor customer service. I was asked to wait 2 hours past my pickup time to wait for another car to be cleaned. I was asked to speak to their cleaning associates to see when they would be done. And all this while sitting at the pickup address with no AC. They told me we didn’t anticipate this. But they rent cars out all over the city. There could’ve been a much better response and smoother transition. I pay my money and they rent out a car that smelling like smoke, with stained upholstery, dirty roof inside, and no AC in summer. Bad experience.

Hi Amber, to clarify, it is not 2 hrs. We understand the inconvenience of what happened. We explain better that all of our cars are just returning, and we don't have any cars that will be ready ASAP. This is not the usual service that you are having with us as a regular guest.
