  • Can I still have my vehicle delivered to LAX even if I can't select LAX as a pick-up or drop-off location?

    Yes! We have our own LAX lot we use which is NOT affected by the new LAX regulation which is what we have always used for our LAX trips. There is a free shuttle that takes you directly from your shuttle to our LAX lot & back.

The car was very nice, but I paid a delivery fee and still had to Uber to and from the airport. Additionally, they didn’t let me know I would have to Uber until the morning of the trip (I was already flying), so I was not able to cancel the trip otherwise I wouldn’t have rented the car from them.

Hi Dave, the vehicle's description for John Wayne airport specifically mentions that we deliver the car to the nearest train station which is about 7 minutes away and the guest would need to Uber there since delivering to the airport or leaving it at the airport parking facility is a lot more expensive. I don't feel this feedback is fair as that information was absolutely mentioned in the Airport delivery instructions.
