Where do I start?? All the rumors are true!! Ashley is… pleasant to do business with. Easy to book through her. She is human and understands things do in fact happen. I couldn’t say anything bad even if everything was bad. Very awesome trip. Despite my own complications, best turo trip thus far!!!!

We had a wonderful experience renting from Alma, she’s an awesome host that made sure our rental was perfect. The car was super clean and road ready. My family had a lots of space for the fun road trip. Alma is a super host because she works hard to make the process easy for everyone. She was on time every time, responsive and very nice to work with.

Great experience for a weekend! I had great weather, so the top was down all weekend. Super easy to take the windows off and lower the top. There is a really nice retractable system which allows the top to stay on even when it's down. That way you can raise it back up and have a roof for shade or to reduce noise on the highway while you're out and about. The whole process to add or remove the windows takes about 5 minutes. The windows don't really fit in the trunk or the backside when they're off, so you kind of need somewhere flat to store them when you're not using them. Will was great.. He has a nice system to pick up and drop off the car in a contactless way. Very smooth. All in all, I will definitely rent from Will again in the future. If not this vehicle, the one of the several other vehicles he has. Thanks Will!

This vehicle was great for our family of 5 and the luggage we had to travel with. Great fuel mileage and handled well on our way to Northeast Ohio where the weather was extremely cold and snow covered roads were not plowed 100%. I'll be reserving this vehicle on our next family adventure!

Candace was great. She was so kind and accommodating! Our flight got delayed and she was very helpful on adjusting the pickup. Then our flight out was earlier than planned and she easily took the car back early and adjusted the trip time. Also - the Rogue was a dream. Beautiful new car with all the latest bells and whistles! This was a new experience for me… Very delightful I appreciate the experience. This model has enough room for my children in the back row. The trunk space was surprisingly sufficient. I am a big fan of heated leather seats and the dual sunroof was another plus. I found the seats gave me a hug when I sat down. I did had difficulty operating the heating controls however. This is a perfect fit for the right person.
