The host was very professional and very friendly.the car was ready on time and very easy and simple process for pick up and drop off of the car. The car was super clean and very high quality aBMW.... I do suggest to pay for the car to get it clean, is worth it and you don’t have to worry about getting it done.

A five star experience from start to finish. The BMW 6 series was beautifully detailed and in pristine condition. Saimah (the host) makes the pick-up and drop off process seamless with her efficient and timely communication. I highly recommend working with her and the fleet of vehicles she offers thru TURO. I intend to be a repeat customer.
